NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Break down the mental barriers

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a method of influencing the brain behavior through the use of language in order to “recode" the way the brain responds to external stimulation. It is a set of tools used mainly to generate new and better behaviors and to enhance self-development and transformation. NLP often incorporates hypnosis and self-hypnosis to help achieve the desired change.

NLP was originally developed in 1972 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder; preoccupied with human excellence, they started the NLP adventure by exploring the work of Fritz Perls, (gestalt therapy), Virginia Satir, (the “mother of family therapy”) and Milton Erickson, the first therapist to use hypnosis for medical purposes.

According to this theory, we never perceive the reality as it is, rather, we are making an internal representation for every single event that we are experiencing. This representation is multidimensional, it includes pictures, sounds, inner dialogue, feelings and physical sensations.

One of the main beliefs of NLP is that the Map is not the territory. This means that our Internal Representation of an event, is not the event itself. What happens is that every single event that we experience comes in through the sensory input channels and we are continuously deleting, distorting and generalizing the information perceived via the senses so that it matches our model of the world.

Though a complex and vast subject, the fundamental ideas behind the NLP model can be broken down into these three main beliefs:

  1. Each person has their own unique perspective of the world.
  2. Our own worlds are made up of complex territories and boundaries that are mapped for us during childhood.
  3. We have the power to shift and redraw these boundaries using our ‘control systems’ or language.

NLP uses the right language to break down the mental barriers we unconsciously create for ourselves. Because of this, NLP is considered to be one of the most useful and accessible tools to come from modern psychology.

EFT – Emotion Freedom Technique

Free ourselves from our chains

EFT – Emotion Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful tool which combines the benefits of acupressure with rhythmic tapping. The technique is based on the idea that each traumatic experience we had in our life is recorded in our energy field, creating blocks in the fluidity of our energy meridians.

Dr. Roger Callahan, the parent of TFT (Thought Field Therapy) introduced as well the notion of Psychological Reversal - a literal reversal of the polarity of our energy field – which causes us to do things that are against our well being.
The PR is the inner saboteur that blocks all our efforts in moving in the direction we consciously choose. PR is also the cause of most of the negativity states that we are experiencing.

For instance, you may want to loose weight. Consciously, you will be making efforts, keeping diets, trying many methods. Due to the Psychological Reversal you will be maintaining the same patterns and you will be doing the very actions that make you gain weight.

How does it work

In very concrete terms, we “tune into” a specific moment of the past, a disturbing thought or emotion, while we will be stimulating certain points which correspond to the main energy meridians of our body. This will neutralize the Psychological Reversal and in the same time will generate a free flow of energy through the meridians, allowing the permanent removal of the negative charges associated with that specific traumatic event or thought.

When we address and accept the emotions that are populating us in the moment and we work with them through tapping (EFT), we give ourselves permission to better express our qualities and gifts and express our unique identity in the world.

The EFT helps us free ourselves from the blocks and chains that keep us turning around in circles, allowing us to express the greatness of who we really are.

EFT Tapping Point and Meridians

EFT tapping points are located on the meridians of the energy body.
There are in total 14 meridians.

Realeasing Core Beliefs (RCB)

Changing the outcome of your future

Realeasing Core Beliefs (RCB)

The Vedic Science is teaching us that the human being is a complex of 5 layers, or koshas:

  1. Annamaya kosha
The layer formed of food – your physical body.
  2. Pranamaya kosha
The layer of energy, formed by the vital energy or prana – the force that holds together and animates the body and the mind.
  3. Manomaya kosha
The layer of the emotional mind – including the emotions, the automatic activity of the mind and the senses.
  4. Vignanamaya kosha
The envelope of reason and intelligence concerned with the metabolism of thoughts and beliefs.
  5. Anandamaya – Kosha
The envelope of bliss and joy, our true core.

These layers are all connected and interdependent. A belief held in your Vignanamaya kosha will cause emotional responses in your emotional body which could block the free flow of Prana and ultimately affect your physical body.

While is good to clean the emotional charges of blocks caused by past and undigested responses to the world, the process would not be complete unless we address the roots contained in the subtle layer of beliefs and archetypes.

Addressing beliefs and deeply rooted thoughts is a liberating process necessary in the process of fully embracing your true nature.

Shirodhara, Yoga Nidra EFT and Access Consciousness Bars TM are great tools for that.

Access Consciousness Bars Tm

Access is a set of tools and processes designed to facilitate more consciousness to you and help you stepping into the infinite energy and possibilities as you are being moving beyond what you THINK you are. The Bars are a tool that facilitates a different way of functioning, beyond the beliefs, the patterns and the conditioning you have been exposed to.

In fact it is not only a right but also the duty of each human being to be feel from constraints. Being or feeling free does not imply doing nothing or having no more obligations. It means being and acting in your own life out of your deepest and truest values, honoring yourself, the others and the world we live in.

The bars help you move across the density of all the fears, limitations, judgements and conclusions that have been transmitted to you by others in this reality; it opens you to new possibilities allowing choice, knowing, being and also receiving. Running the bars helps dissipate the polarity as it is stored in your brain and in your body.
As we run the bars, your brain waves are slowing down and thus belief systems and points of view that are running in your system form your childhood can be accessed and released. By having the bars run, you are literally changing the outcome of your future and they facilitate change in all areas of your life.
